Are your products really all they are made out to be?
Yes! We take pride in our products being a 100% free from harsh artificial chemicals. Since they are free from commercial techniques, our products are temperature-sensitive and have a relatively short shelf life. What these products can do for your skin will leave you feeling amazed, skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Why is the shelf life so short?
Would you eat something that has been sitting on a restaurant shelf for 3 years? Probably not. Then why would you do that to your skin? We use fresh ingredients that have natural shelf lives that have not been tampered with and increased by blending toxic preservatives. Our products are optimized to ensure they stay fresh & effective and that means we make micro-batches to ensure you get the highest quality, hand-made when you order.
Can I use your products if I am vegetarian?
Yes, you can. We are a cruelty-free company and do not practice animal testing. However, we do use naturally occurring beeswax and honey.
Will your products suit my skin?
When we say our products are natural, we mean it. We use pure, organically sourced ingredients and do not use toxic industrial chemicals or preservatives. What sets us apart, is that unlike other brands, we disclose each & every ingredient in our formulations, so you can evaluate if these are suitable to you, especially if you have a known allergy. Do a patch test if you have any doubts.
When will I start seeing results?
After initial, regular use you should start seeing a difference in 2-3 weeks. A good skin care regimen, with consistent use of quality products, will ensure you have healthier, more radiant skin.
Why has my product's consistency changed?
Our products do not contain industrial stabilizers. What this means is that our products are sensitive to temperature changes. If the product is still within its expiry date & has not changed its aroma, it is absolutely safe to use. Do try to keep the products stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure that you do not mix with water, as that promotes fungal growth (remember, we are preservative free!).
My product has arrived melted! What do I do?
Sometimes, during transport & the variability in temperatures, the product does melt. Simply stick it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes and the product will return to a firmer consistency. We do try to package it as securely as possible & want to assure you that the change in consistency does not at all affect the effectiveness of the product.
You will receive an email both, when you order your product as well as when your product has shipped. Please do remember to check your spam mail if you do not see a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of your purchase.

REFUND & CANCELLATION
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy: After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
We usually ship the product within 3 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week.
